Temporary note for 10DLC campaign REVIEWERS. SEE CASE NOTES FOR DEMO CREDENTIALS!

SMS text message functionality are implemented in two functions on this site:

Request accessRequest access (circled 1 to left) onboards new users. A mobile phone number is optional. If the user enters a number and agrees to SMS, the site sends the OPT-IN acknowledgement to that phone. This step is public so people without accounts can use it. You may test it with a real email address and US or CA mobile number to receive actual messages.
Forgot passwordAfter users are onboarded, they can use Forgot password (circled 2 to left) to reset their password. That process uses an OTP for security only if the user opted-in to receive SMS text messages during onboarding.

Callouts 1,3 and 4 are publicly accessible. Callout 2 requires an account to review SMS text usage and there are two options:

Use the demo account credentials that are specified in the request and case notes. This option demonstrates site flow, but does not actually send emails or SMS texts.
Use Request Access and create your own account specifying a real, functional email address and mobile phone number. This option sends actual messages to the reviewer's email and mobile device, but is only available for US or CA phone numbers.
